More than 1,100 artworks. More than sixty artists. One hotel.
House of Bandits has been appointed to curate the art collection for The St. Regis London, one of the most anticipated hotel openings in the capital.
If there was ever a project that captured what House of Bandits can do, this is it. It has allowed us to create a collection that places artists at the heart of the guest experience.
Working closely with the hotel team, House of Bandits has curated, commissioned, framed and overseen the installation of more than 1,100 artworks throughout the building. The collection includes original works, bespoke commissions and site-specific pieces created by artists from across the Sarabande community.
Bringing together the work of more than sixty artists, the collection moves between painting, sculpture, illustration, ceramics and design. Original works, bespoke commissions and site-specific pieces are woven throughout the building, creating moments of discovery at every turn. From guest rooms and suites to restaurants, public spaces and corridors, each area carries its own identity, offering guests an encounter with some of the most exciting artistic voices working today.
The St. Regis London proved a natural partner for us, sharing our belief in supporting living artists and the next generation of creatives. For us, what makes this project so special is not simply its size, but the opportunity it has created for Sarabande artists. Bringing together such a wide range of creative voices under one roof reflects the very purpose of House of Bandits: creating meaningful opportunities for the artists’ work to be seen and experienced.
From sourcing existing works and developing concepts, to commissioning artists and overseeing installation, we work closely with clients to create collections that feel personal, unexpected and impossible to replicate. With direct access to more than 300 artists, we are able to connect collectors, interiors and hospitality spaces with art that refuses to stay in one lane.
As House of Bandits continues to grow, projects like The St. Regis London demonstrate the transformative role art can play within hospitality, residential and commercial spaces.
We look forward to sharing more of what comes next.
