Handcrafted in 9ct yellow gold, the piece features jarina seed, also known as vegetable ivory or tagua, an Amazonian material whose harvesting supports local communities and forest preservation. A citrine is embedded within the sculptural form, introducing warmth and luminosity against the soft natural tones of the material.
Gold elements wrap around the form in flowing lines, creating a sense of tension and containment, a recurring gesture in Helena’s work that speaks to preservation, attachment, and adornment.
