Handcrafted in 9ct yellow gold, the piece features reclaimed jacarandá wood, a rare and culturally significant Brazilian material sourced from salvaged furniture. A citrine is embedded within the sculptural form, introducing warmth and luminosity while reinforcing its connection to Brazilian materiality.
Gold elements wrap around the wood in continuous lines, creating a sense of tension and containment, a recurring gesture in Helena’s work that speaks to preservation, attachment, and adornment.
